Trails, hayrides and a maze of maize attract visitors. The last vegetable farm in Central Florida was in a pickle. Long & Scott Farms, a presence in Zellwood since 1963, faced the typical obstacles of family farms: the rise of megacorporation farming, urban sprawl and government regulations.
