City Tows Abandoned Cars During Snow Cleanup Efforts

MADISON, Wis. -- The post-storm cleanup continued Wednesday, and city workers were trying to get more than snow and ice off the streets. The city of Madison said it has towed about 40 abandoned cars from streets over the past two days.
