SPRING LAKE ? A local floral shop that closed last summer and then reopened has changed hands. Avalon Floral, 804 E. Savidge St., has been purchased by Eastern Floral & Gifts, according to Eastern Floral President Bing Goei. An open house is planned for 5-8 p.m. Saturday.
