LONDON (Dow Jones)--Irish employers are planning to hire at their weakest pace in four years in the first quarter of 2008, as multinational companies abandon the country in favor of cheaper locations in Eastern Europe and India, according to employment services group Manpower Inc. (MAN) showed Tuesday.
