Is it my mistake, or is I-5 between Ashland exit 14 and Medford beginning to break down? As I make the trip, I have noticed grooves forming in the right lane and spots of tar and bumps forming. It is how old? Maybe the cost of concrete as done originally is cheaper in the long run?
