Troopers on motorcycles expand into education, public relations

The Illinois State Police has discovered a sure-fire way to get people to stop and talk to troopers. They put them on motorcycles. ?We thought people weren?t going to like us, but I couldn?t have been more wrong,? said Lt. Scott Abbott, who oversees the state police motorcycle enforcement bureau.
